The coolest person in history?

I heard that the coolest person n history was this one guy in China that practically no one's ever heard of- Yeah, he was that cool! What did he say, or do, that made him so cool? Nothing. That's how cool he was- he didn't even have to do anything cool to be cool. How do we know he was cool, then? Few records have survived, except for one account from this dude that used to follow him around, to try and get some of his coolness to rub off on him. No way would someone this cool have to go around telling people how cool he was. But this cling-on follower of his explained, "He was by far the coolest guy that ever lived. If you have to ask why, then you just don' get it." Pretty cool, huh? I was wondering if anyone can confirm this story?
