Do fathers have the right to see child's evaluation in a visitation case?

My husbands child's mom (never married) is doing an evaluation for her daughter because her daughter does not want to see him anymore because her mom has succeeded in alienating her from him and brainwashed her. We don't have any contact with the child for over two months now. We have never been to court for visitation. About a month ago we filed a motion but it was thrown out because of a technicality. We didn't re-file because we wanted to work it out with her out of court. She has a lawyer now and he is not telling us what her intentions are. We contacted her on facebook (for the second time) and she finally replied, stated that she was having her daughter do an evaluation. And he will be notified when he needs to go to court. My question is does the father have the right to see the report and how can she do this without notifying him or involving him? Doesn't the evaluator have to have an interview with the other parent? And since there is no court ordered visitation what kind of motion could she be filing, can she file a motion for visitation or to revoke visitation or supervised ect....?
