I neeeed help...what should i do with this guy at work..........?

this guy at my work flirts with me non-stop. he does anything to get near me. he helps me and gets out of his way to do favours for me. i like him and i am also getting a feeling that he also likes me but dont want anything to happen because its not professional to commit at work. im 17 and this is a part time job. he smiles at me and i tries to speak to me for a convo but i just resist it and playing hard to get. i ahve never had a bf before and overheard a conversation of him saying , ' he had the day before' and he brags always about partying with his mates. i think he's trying to impress me with his 'coolness' im not bragging but i am most of the time oblivious to any flirting signs and these signs from him are soo obvious lol. i dont want to be pressured into anything when i am with him and get the feeling that somethine like that could happen. do u think he likes me enough and should i do anything about it? i am soo confused... help plz. he's 18/19 years old i think.
