If I take Femara 2.5mg in my next period, will I get pregnant even though husband has low morphology?

I know I ovulate very month, though at different times as my periods fall on different dates every month. I went to see a fertility specialist and he precribed femara to regulate the periods. According to him, my ovulation will occur sooner like of Day 9 till Day 13 of cycle which is when we should have more frequently. My husbands recent sperm ysis showed low motility and low morphology (higher than normal percentage of abnormal sperm). Another GP we refered to a long time back said there is only one sperm required to get pregnant. Do I have any chance whatsoever??? Its been 2 long years and weve had no success. My husband will start his medication soon. Should we wait until his 8 week medication course finishes?
