Is this dragon deck good in a tournament?

I don't know much about dragon decks but I think you better trim down your deck a bit, it seems huge. You also have around 10 cards or so that do not go with your deck such as: Shadow Ghoul, Spirit Reaper, Giant Rat and a lot more.
