Release date OR information of any kind on Pullman's "Book of Dust" or Paolini's 4th Inheritance book?

I know nothing about Pullman's books, but I can tell you about Paolini. He's slow. There is no release date for te fourth book in the Inheritance Cycle, and the only information on it is that there will be a green dragon on the cover. Nothing else has been confirmed.
