Did I waste my money on this keyboard?

I just bought a 'Elegance JC-5489' and it does'nt sound like any of the keyboards on the youtube tutorials. I bought it of of ebay and it was $50. And if it is junk, what is another good keyboard company. Thanks for any answers!!
