Do i make enough to afford a used BMW and repairs?

Reading how expensive it is to repair BMWs, I was just wondering if my making 30,000$/year is enough to afford a 2002 BMW 325i? It has 34,000 miles on it. Im a single woman and own a house. I dont know any friends who can repair it on the side. Also, I live in Pittsburgh, and this car is RWD. Will I be able to get around good in the snow? Even bad snow?
