How can I get a scratch out of an old plastic "gem stone"?

If the scratch isn't too deep, I suggest "displex scratch remover". It's typically used for cell phone screens but I think it will work on the plastic stone you have mentioned. And even if it doesn't work, it won't damage your neclace.
