I need help finding groomsmen gifts!!!?

I am having trouble thinking of groomsmen gifts for my two brothers. One is 14... he is really big into sports and kind of a skater-rocker... but I really think he would rather have something functional rather than just a knick-knack. The other brother is 24 and attends the Naval Academy (so that means not much partying)... I'm stuck! Please help me! Any ideas would be greatly appreciated... and if you know of an online shop, that would be even better... Thanks!
