Newspaper Article on Mitt Romney's View On Energy Independence and the Enviornment?

Okay, I need help in finding an article on Mitt Romney's view on energy independence and the environment for a project in AP English. It has to be from a reputable source. Like newsweek, NY Times, Chicago Tribune, Dallas Morning News, etc. I can't use anything from blogs or uncommon news resources. The article can be ONLY about Mitt Romney's view. I can't use an article that mentions lot's of the presidential candidates and their views. It has to be entirely about Mitt Romney. I've literally been searching for hours and can't find anything! Help?
