Should my family move? ?

My father works in a city that's in a different province. We used to live there (about 8 years ago), so we know that it's a clean, well-rounded city with everything that we need. I made a pros and cons chart of moving--the pros are phenomenal. From a practical point of view, we'd be retarded to not move. The money savers and conveniences would be amazing. But, the thing is, everyone in my family is really attached to PEI from an emotional point of view. For example, our old house is a money-hole, but it's one of those magical old farmhouses. The landscape is breathtaking in the summer, even though the winters are considerably longer than the move-to city. We live in the middle of nowhere--it's hard to get out in the winter, and costs a fortune in gas, plus the fact that my father stays here when he's not working--a long drive--but we love the solitude. The school is tiny and has very few musical opportunities, but I'm attached to it's friendliness and cleanliness. The school in the other city is much larger and has a well-known music and arts program. The town is really hokey, but it has an old-fashioned community charm. My mother and I are torn between the advantages of emotional or practical living. What do you think?
