A skit where a character is kidnapped then dropped off because they were too much to handle?

It might have happened in more than one show, but a character was kidnapped by a van, they travel a couple feet, they realize this person is annoying, and then they just kick her out of the van. I could see it happening to someone like Elmira from Tiny Toons
