What are the differences between the the 2004 and 2005 Acura TSX base models?

the 04 tsx, being the first model year, had quite a few problems. The previous answerer told you the difference between the 04 and 05. I own a 06-it has memory seats, maintenance minder that the 04-05 does not have. My tsx, bought new 11.17.06, has 70,000+problem free miles.
