HELP! advice on skin break out??!?

this is like my first time having a major break out EVER and its really making me worry. its summer, and idk if its because ive been out all weekend and just lazy to wash my face(i usually dont tend too tho), or possibly stress? but today i just found awhole BUNCH of bumps and under skin pimples around my FORHEAD, CHEEKS, and CHIN. is there like a home made remady i can make or face scrubs i can buy from wal-mart, zellers or shoppers? (canadian) PLZ help me! (i dont want people saying ohh this is part of teenage stuff. . . )
