Question about college?

I was wondering if it was possible to go to college twice because I want to become a clinical psychologist and have it as my stable/backup job but then when i'm a little bit older I want to become a disney channel screenwriter. I know its likely that I probably won't become a disney channel screenwriter sso thats why a clinical psychology is my backup job. I know nothing whatsoever about college. Care to explain?
